if you're interested in unique British mascot i would look at the honey monster. he's a mascot for a breakfast cereal, i think you have is dig em on the American version but i may be mistaken
people judge others for finding non human things "sexy," but I think its fine as long as its a cartoon, it's not like Hello Nurse is any more human than Caramel up there.
Nice video! It's funny what you can learn from different cultures. Personally, I think I would have preferred the Caramel Bunny to the American one.
I can't really recall any specific mascots for Canada (except maybe the ones made for the 2010 Olympic games) but we did have a series of "I am Canadian" beer commericals. This particular comes to mind: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqOI7KejIng
I regret never trying Lucky Charms before they stopped making it in the UK. Some shops import it, but that's too much to pay for cereal that's probably going to suck.
I think George the Volcano and Tyrannosaurus Alan are the funniest advertising mascots we've ever had, thanks to Youtube Poop.

Funny, but the girl bunny's sexy, seductive voice always disturbed me...
