  1. Woah, I didn't know I could do this! Awesome!

Maybe it's because I'm watching this late at night, but the Douchey card really scared me. It was the noise, man.

This was a good episode! Well-researched, nice and informative, and a good little animated snippets! You did those yourself? I give you highfives!

  2. I hate to be a douche, but Arkady DuVall was in fact voiced by Caligula aka Malcolm McDowell not David Warner. Though they are both from the UK, what. Well that cured me all right. Now off to hear some music from the glorious ninth of Ludwig Von.

But overall, I enjoyed the review of Mr. Hex.

  3. Jonah Hex is pretty damn awesome, even though I've only seen him in the cartoons, and I gotta say, no matter how hard I try, I CAN'T like Batman: The Brave and the Bold as a series...I think it's because Batman is set up as this Gary Stu who can do anything and just plain overshadows all the other heroes, Green Arrow even pointed that out once. But despite that I have to admit that some of the lesser known heroes like Hex and Blue Beetle have had some damn awesome cameos, it actually makes me wish they'd just DROP Batman and make shows for THEM. I'd love to see a Jonah Hex cartoon, though the subject matter might not gel with typical cartoon fare...maybe put it on adult swim? They make lots of cartoons for older audiences nowadays.

  4. another great episode, I usually liked Jonah Hex, and as a fan of DC without ever reading any comics, I liked him for the cameo-driver he was =P Though I never saw that Brave and the Bold episode yet, gotta catch up on that show.
Though probably from the 3 other stuff he was in, probably the one I like most as far as Hex himself, was the DC animated short. He seemed to me the most badass and I loved the ending of him just leaving the girl in the pit.

  6. Good review! I have to say, love the animation CR! And, I actually liked Jonah Hex....the movie. Sure, Megan Fox was unnecessary as a character and the "dead-guy talking" power was weird, I still enjoyed the movie.

  7. A lot of this seems so interesting. I really wish the film went into some of these concepts, rather than just being a basic cowboy film. Especially how they sold Hex's body to the circus. BTW- Didn't know you could animate in flash.
